Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the wild west in an awesome game for early level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler against the dealer, unlike most other poker games that gamblers wager with other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, starting players do not have to fret about other, more advanced gamblers winning their moolla.

An additional Pai Gow edge is the relatively leisurely game pace, newcomers can take their time and plan without needing to make quick choices.

It's also simpler to gamble on for an extended time with just a small bit of money since, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under each of the dealer's hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the casino is given seven cards face down.

One 5 card hand and one 2 card hand must be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the five card hand has to be higher than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be better than the dealer's.
